The Company and scope of this policy
The company registered in Israel as אמש נדל״ן רון מנשה בע״מ, company number 515161552, controls the personal information collected through Emesh Real Estate and NADLANEWS. Its address is 62 Sokolov Street, Holon. For information-related enquiries contact Ron Menashe at [email protected] or 03-5562025.
This policy describes information use on both websites. It does not govern external services you choose to visit, such as a social network, WhatsApp or a mapping website.
Information collected
Enquiry and lead forms collect your name, telephone number, email address if entered, message and the confirmation selected in the form. Newsletter subscriptions collect your email address and mailing consent. The confirmation time, form type and originating page or article are also recorded.
Browsing may generate technical data such as IP addresses, browser details, server requests, viewed pages and display or cookie preferences. Where measurement is allowed by your preferences, limited campaign and acquisition-source data may also be retained. Website forms do not require payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Providing information is voluntary
You are not legally required to provide details through our forms. The enquiry form requires a name and telephone number; email is optional. An email address and mailing consent are required to subscribe to the newsletter. You may read content without subscribing and can also contact us by telephone or email.
Purposes of use
- Responding to enquiries and providing information about the services and projects you asked about.
- Managing enquiries and subscriptions in the Fixdigital CRM and recording the consents given.
- Sending newsletters, articles and updates, including investment offers, to people who gave the required consent. You may ask to stop mailings at any time.
- Operating and securing the websites, preventing abuse and remembering preferences. Measurement and campaign attribution follow the cookie settings.
- Handling information-related requests, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes.
Access and service providers
Company representatives access enquiry details to handle requests, manage prospects and carry out marketing subject to consent and applicable law. The Company does not sell enquiry details to other parties.
Information is also processed using technical providers: Cloudflare for hosting, security and website infrastructure; Fixdigital for enquiries, subscriptions and customer relationship management; and Adobe Fonts for font delivery. Google Tag Manager manages tags according to measurement and advertising preferences. These providers may need access to supply their services.
Technical providers may process information outside Israel. The Company must meet the conditions applicable to such transfers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, an authorized request or legal proceedings, to the extent needed for that purpose.
Cookies, tags and article views
The websites store cookie and display preferences in your browser. Measurement and advertising settings are enabled by default in the current interface; you can disable them or choose essential cookies only. This choice is separate from newsletter consent. See the cookie policy and settings dialog for details.
The article counter displays aggregate views. Recording a new view depends on measurement permission and uses a time-limited random identifier to reduce repeat counting of the same article. The website’s measurement events do not send form names, telephone numbers or email addresses. Installing Google Tag Manager does not mean that a particular analytics or advertising tool is active; the actual tools depend on the Company’s tag configuration.
Retention and security
The Company has not set one retention period for all enquiries. Retention depends on the purposes, the relationship with the person, their requests and the Company’s obligations. A Company representative handles mailing removal, access, correction and deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained for a legal obligation, consent records or a dispute.
Technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or faults. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Access, correction, deletion and mailing removal
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also request deletion, cessation of use or mailing removal; requests will be assessed under applicable rights and the Company’s retention duties. Reasonable identity verification may be needed to protect the information.
Contact Ron Menashe at [email protected] or 03-5562025. To stop mailings, you may also reply to a received email and request removal.
Policy updates
If activities or services change, this policy will be updated and the update date shown above. Where law requires additional notice or fresh consent, publishing a new policy alone does not replace those requirements.
